The Maybe Date

So do I know what last night was about? Not really. The girl I went to meet had a couple of friends with her. All cool. So we have a chat. Now last time I saw her she had a boyfriend. So I think it best to broach the subject and see if this is still the case. She split up with him a week ago. He cheated on her. I have no idea if she sees me in more than a friend way, but I refuse to be the rebound guy. Even if she is going soon and has just become free I don't want to be the one she regrets because she did something as a reaction to her ex.

The last time I went out with this girl and her friend I got on really well with her friend and only chatted to her every now and again. And last night was exactly the same. Her friend is cute (if not a little bonkers) and we dance together and geeked of and generally had a good night. I must admit rather guiltily that I did get her number at the end of the night. What is it with me and Italian girls? I just keep on getting attracted to them. I think I will leave it a few days and then send her a message. It is just nice to have a girl you can go out with and have a laugh with, so definitely a buddy (maybe more? - jezz not again!) to keep.

Gonna go to the gym tonight and then get stuck into the new splinter cell (poss my fav game on the 'box). So I will probably be up late getting square eyes!
