Giant Killers

The weekend was made up of staring at the sky, making funny noises and freezing my bollocks off. God bless fireworks. I went to the Alexander Palace and then had a tipple in Muswell Hill. Went to a bizarre bar called the Village where everyone seemed to be from Middle-Of-The-Road-ville.
Spent Sunday watching the footie in the pub and getting depressed at Arsenals abysmal performance agaist the Irons.
However that was all banished by last nights results. I have always been an Arsenal fan, but of course could never go to that many games as a kid. Instead we used to watch out local team - Southend United. And they beat Manchester-bloody-united last night. It was fantastic, even if I wwas cacking myself towards the end. I have been grinning all day.
