Transitional periods

I have been thinking about turning 30. During the week up to and including my birthday, several things happened.

1. My relationship of 6 years finished
2. Arsenal lost the Champions League final.
3. Steve McLaren was appointed England boss.
4. I turned 30

Looking at the four events I came to the conclusion that:

One of them left me devestated.
One of them I am not bothered about at all.
One of them I think was for the good and I am waiting to be proved right.
One of them I think is a mistake, but I could be proven wrong.
