The Raspberry

I haven't been posting much as I have busted my back recently and feeling down right miserable and sorry for myself. I have been going to a chiropractor that has been cracking me than a house with bad subsidence. Will be back soon faithful friends, as soon as I stop looking like an 80 year old man who has just done his first back flip in 60 years.
